What is the Tropical Twilight board?

Tropical Twilight is the layered island board where Tiran and friends are trying to grow fruits, and your team scales the mountain to gather droplets for them. It uses the same day structure and shared space types as the board game overview—roulette movement, cooperative minigames, petit games on shops—but progress is measured only in droplets, not flowers or sparks.

Official trailer labels read Tropical Twilight. The manual’s special-space table header once says Tropical Twilight Festival for Fountain, Shell, and Arrow rows—a wording mismatch with the board title that does not change the effects described below.

What delivery quota applies at Medium?

The manual’s Delivery Rules block (Medium assumed) gives Tropical Twilight its own row:

Setting Medium value (manual)
Delivery Spaces 4 (each marked on the mini map)
Droplets per space 150 droplets each
Hand-in command Give or Charge wording as on other boards

There is no single global pool number like the flower board’s per-player 150. Plan routes that feed each triangle until every site hits 150 droplets.

Tour montage footage for Tropical Twilight is limited beyond this labeled preview, so the still above is repeated for context only—it is not a separate mechanic.

What special spaces appear on this map?

The manual lists three Tropical Twilight specials (table header: “Tropical Twilight Festival”):

Space Trigger Effect
Fountain Space Stop here You are blown away to another space (destination chosen by the game, not the player in the manual text).
Shell Space Step here You move up the mountain along the board’s vertical layer.
Arrow Space Stop here You are sent back to the beach layer.

These tiles do not appear on Blooming Flower Festival or Sparkling Neon Night. Plus, Roulette, and TV Game spaces belong to those other maps instead.

Shared Shop, Minigame, Challenge, and Item spaces still behave as in the overview: shops run petit games for droplets, minigame stops pull the whole party into a cooperative game, and challenge stops risk penalties on failure.

How should you read the HUD here?

The manual illustrates HUD labels with the flower board, then notes that Tropical Twilight swaps flowers for droplets in the same slots:

  • Player info shows droplet counts beside each Game Pad.
  • The mini map still marks minigame spaces with an icon and Delivery Spaces with triangles—now four of them.
  • Days remaining tick down after each full round of turns.
  • The delivered / remaining readout tracks droplets handed in toward the four 150 targets.

No official trailer frame in our set isolates a droplet counter the way launch footage shows 0/150 flowers or 0/200 sparks, so treat HUD numbers as manual-sourced.

How does Tropical Twilight compare to the other boards?

Topic Tropical Twilight Blooming Flower Festival Sparkling Neon Night
Resource Droplets Flowers Sparks
Medium delivery shape 4 sites × 150 droplets 150 flowers per player, 1 site 3 sites × 200 sparks to charge
Movement specials Fountain, Shell, Arrow Plus Space Roulette, TV Game

For fruit-plot flavor and mountain routing, stay on this map. For Marroncream’s festival or Goropikadon’s show, follow Blooming Flower Festival or Sparkling Neon Night. Board-triggered minigames still tie back to the cooperative catalog in the minigames list.

FAQ

What are you collecting on Tropical Twilight?
Droplets. The manual says flowers belong to Blooming Flower Festival and sparks to Sparkling Neon Night; droplets are this map's currency.
How many droplets must each Delivery Space receive at Medium?
The manual lists four Delivery Spaces, each requiring 150 droplets when Medium board difficulty is selected.
What does the Fountain Space do?
When you stop on a Fountain Space, you get blown away to another space on the map.
How do Shell and Arrow spaces differ?
Shell Spaces trigger when you step on them and send you up the mountain. Arrow Spaces trigger when you stop and send you back to the beach.
Why is only one trailer frame tagged for this board?
Official tour footage clearly labels Tropical Twilight in one montage crop. This page reuses the three-board montage for context and notes that single-board clips are sparse.
